14:00 - 15:00: Activity planning for (at least) the first year
15:00 - 15:30: CDHU (presentation & discussion with the new director)
15:30 - 16:00: Conclusion & Coffee (with UFOs)
Objectives
The agenda has been designed with three complementary objectives in mind:
- Having some time to get together, know each other better, and interact freely.
- Identify what our long-term objectives are, the main obstacles, and how to approach them.
- Come up with a concrete plan for the network activities and distribute leadership.
